the country, Pretoria, Johannesburg and the Johannesburg International
Airport are all within easy reach.

View development aims to preserve the natural environment and to
integrate the manmade environment into the landscape without imposing
onto the landscape. The buildings will be placed within a simple
and un-manicured landscape which will provide a natural setting
for the architecture.
Architectural
and landscaping guidelines have been developed to encourage creativity
whilst ensuring harmonious South African country-style architecture.
The use of natural materials will be encouraged and the emphasis
will be on high quality aesthetics, practical design principles
and attention to privacy. The use of indigenous trees, shrubs and
other plant material will be compulsory. |
