of Carenet Care Services Available
Carenet Services will provide sustainable professional care in a flexible and collaborative manner to its patrons with an emphasis on a holistic active ageing lifestyle process.
Through the active ageing approach Carenet will provide individualized care programmes implemented by Carenet’s committed multidisciplinary team.
Our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programme will ensure exemplary care of high standards which will include the protection of the individual, dignity, privacy and personal independence.
Levels of care will be specially designed to suit the needs of every individual to cater for their personal care requirements. The following levels of care will be available:

To collect and assess client information in order to plan and adapt individual active ageing programmes taking into account professional advise from the clients medical advisors to implement and monitor the active ageing program.
Day Care and Support Services will be given at the Carenet Facility on the premises of each Development.
Day care and support services include assistance for a short period of time, specially recovering after major illness or hospitalization. |
