To be honest, My 4 year old daughter and I had a good experience while residing in these apartments. She was well catered for with entertainment and had well mannered friends. The security is also tight. The place is very neat. As for the noise level that most complains about, I did not experience it.
My agent Marinda from Nellie Van Staden Realtors and the owner were the best ever. It was my first time of renting in my life and they made it easy. They were always there when I needed their services. Their turnaround time of responding to calls and messages was amazing. These 2 people knows what client service is.
